Join a COMMITTEE
Joining a committee is another benefit TexMEP has to offer members. Participating in a committee helps strengthen the association as well as connect members together as we work toward the goals of the committee.
Must be a current member of TexMEP to participate.
Chair: Laurie Bachorek, MetroCare Vice Chair: Alexis Ward, AAHomecare The Legislative Committee monitors and reports on proposed and existing legislation, policies, and regulations affecting the home medical equipment industry at the state and federal levels. Meetings (Virtual): Monthly on the 2nd Monday of the month at 3:00 (CST) unless otherwise announced. |
Committee Chair - Open The Membership Committee is focused on recruitment, retention and advancement of the association, reviewing and updating current benefits as well as researching new ideas. Meetings (Virtual): Monthly on the 3rd Monday of the month at 3:00 (CST) unless otherwise announced. |
Committee Chair - Open The Education Committee focuses on member education, planning both in-person and virtual educational and networking programs and conferences. Meetings (Virtual): Monthly on the 4th Monday of the month at 3:00 (CST) unless otherwise announced. Meetings will also be called as needed. |
